4. How do I clean the Waist Trimmer?
It is very easy and simple. After each workout, wipe it up with a wet towel and hang it up to dry. Personally, I wash mine in the wash machine on the delicate cycle (inside of the mesh bag included). I do this every 2-4 months. You can also use the new Trimmer Cleaning Spray - just shake and spray.
